___What does the company / department / supervisor most need me to do?
___What is the most productive use of my time?

At the end of every week, REVIEW and record your next actions (using this checklist):
___Inbox – Loose notes, mail, etc.
___Meeting Notes
___Task / To Do Lists
___Checklists
___Action / Project Files
___Waiting For File & List
___Calendar – Last week & Next week
___Mind Dump – Record any new ideas, new projects, and next actions
___Project List – Are your goals & outcomes on track?
___Someday/Maybe List – Any new ideas that you might want to use later?

Your coach will show you how to review & stay current with your workflow and your new systems, and provide followup phone sessions to help you stay current.
