At the end of every week, REVIEW and record your next actions (using this checklist):

___Task / To Do Lists
___Checklists
___Action / Project Files
___Waiting For File & List
___Calendar – Last week & Next week
___Mind Dump – Record any new ideas, new projects, and next actions
___Project List – Are your goals & outcomes on track?
___Someday/Maybe List – Any new ideas that you might want to use later?
